Since 2021, we have continued to grow our expanding portfolio of main workstream contracts within the UK, and our engineering and contact centre capacity has tripled in size. Our back-office team maintains the highest level of customer service, each with an extensive background in customer care roles before joining the VOCON Energy team.
We aim to ensure efficiency and sustainability when planning and scheduling, booking jobs as close together as possible to limit carbon emissions and the impact on our environment as well as maximise efficiency and productivity for the engineers. We schedule clear AM (8am – 1pm) and PM (12pm – 5pm) booking windows to ensure engineers can take their time at each job, guaranteeing the work is completed at the highest possible standard, without engineers rushing between jobs.
Northern Powergrid
We work closely with OCU and Freedom on behalf of Northern Powergrid to install Low Carbon Technology (LCT) equipment such as Electric Vehicle Charging Points (EVCP) and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
When LCT equipment is installed, VOCON Energy is notified via an application form to check and upgrade fuses where required. From this point, we coordinate directly with the end user, providing them with an AM or PM booking window and working to a 5-day SLA or the client’s specific SLA.
