We have designed our own app “Onsite” – Real Data, Real Time.

This is our replacement for paper-based forms, by using this cutting edge technology we can reduce job paperwork resulting in greater efficiencies and increasing in operational productivity.
Our Engineers can access Onsite on any smart phones platform via an application which allows back office staff to provide live business information to supervisors, Engineers and customers.
This also enables us to send timestamped forms straight from desktop to customer inbox in a PDF format to allow easy review and get a complete in site to what is happening “onsite” without having to visit site. See images of typical output form on our Onsite Mobile App available to our customers.

GPS software is an effective tool that allows us to utilize our team of Engineers and arrange site visits efficiently.

We can view our Engineers ‘live’ location to establish which team members are closest to an emergency call out which ensures that we meet ours, and in turn your, agreed service level agreements.

Key part of our DNA is to provide our customers with robust management information, and in particular our ability to evidence our onsite field operations, we have the ability and skill sets to share this MI in various ways with our customers, client portals, data feeds etc…

A number of our customers like to run their apps along side our “Onsite” app , which allows data to clashed and validated to ensure key information is not lost
